Free Delivery in EU*
All orders are free of delivery charge and will be delivered directly to the address you have provided to us.
If express delivery is required it will cost extra. You can select this option during the purchase process.
For security purposes, all deliveries require a
signature for proof of delivery. If you are not in when the courier
attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact
details and re-delivery options. If you are unable to take delivery, we would suggest
that you contact the courier to arrange a more suitable time. For
convenience, you may find it simpler to have the parcel delivered to
your workplace rather than your home address.
All items, will be dispatched same day if ordered before 14:00 o'clock or next working day if ordered after 14:00 by next day delivery service. You can check the status of your order within the My Account section. (*working day is classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
Where we Deliver to
We deliver to any valid postal address within the EU mainland. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are based outside EU mainland please contact us to discuss delivery options and prices.
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 3 working days and you have not heard from us, you should contact us using Contact Us form or email us on email@example.com with your order reference number. You can also track your order online. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch and can also be found in the My Orders section within My Account.

Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, Latvia, Poland, Netherlands, France, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany.
